pulling/throbbing sensation

I will be 13weeks tomorrow but today I have noticed this pulling/throbbing like sensation, its not painful and I'm not bleeding, thank the good lord above! I'm just wondering if anyone else has felt these kinds of sensations? I read some where that it can be normal at 13weeks. What do you ladies think? I go to the Dr on Monday morning so will ask then. Just thought I'd ask other pregnant women :)

Im 14 weeks n used to have this pulling alot. To get rid ov it i drank plenty ov water. That helped n now its gn ;)

I actually had that quite a bit throughout my pregnancy, and just had a healthy baby girl, so I'm sure it's normal! :)
