Everything QueenRubyRed said is on point. When I was having bad nausea I did all of those things. Before that my OB put me on Diclegis which was AMAZING to help with nausea, but it has Unisom in it so you take it before bed and might wake up sleepy.
Try to eat smaller meals nd light snacks in between or salted crackers nd Ginger ale before you eat in the morning
