suggestions please!

Ok so I'm 14 weeks pregnant 1st baby.I have 2 questions I need help with. 1 I have got heartburn and indigestion so bad it's one of the reasons I can't sleep and I have done tums and baking soda in water the tums aren't helping baking soda and milk of magnesia idk how to spell it make me puke so I need help please! My second question is any suggestions on sleeping I'm lucky if I get 4 hours of sleep I'm constantly waking up tossing and turning I've used the body pillow have tried every sleeping position possible and can not get comfortable plus that's not counting the 3 times I wake up because I half to pee lol but I really could use some advice please and thank you

For sleep you can take Tylenol pm my doctor recommended it to me. Nd ilk of magnesia is for constipation. Try some regular milk or alka seltzer

Try cold stuff, ice,  ice cream, I know Popsicles are the best... and try not to drink anything a hour before bed and as far as sleeping try putting a pillow against your tummy I have the same problem but conform from the pillow helps me

I would get the alkiselzer ( hope I spelled that right) the chews for antiacid they work wonders. As for sleeping I like to put a pillow under my leg and I don't drink water before bed.
