Accidental pregnancy

Hi, can anyone help me please?
I have a friend who had a girlfriend. She calls him sometime  ago and tells that she is 4 month pregnant.
She wants him to coma back and marry him. And she also refuses to make an abortion yet.
So, my question is:
1)Can she make an abortion at this stage?
2) How can my friend be sure that it is his child?
3) What if he does not marry her, can she sue him or something like that?

i dont think any of us can comment till we know where ur from!
every country is different not to mention states!!!!! i know where im from you can not have an abortion at 5 mths

Actually, I do believe she can sue for child support once she proves he's the father. (by a mouth swab  or something like that)

As for the abortion... It's HER choice,  not his. and it's rediculous that he thinks he can have a say about it.

Actually look into State laws wher you are from. I remember watching a Dr Phil show that some states have very weird laws

Well first of all an abortion would have to be her choice. No one can make her, not even the father of the baby. At this point it is too late anyway.

There are no laws stating he has to marry her unless he wants to. She can't sue him but if the child does end up being his, she can take him to court for child support. A paternity test would be needed first to determine if he is the father, of course.

by now no cuz if it were sometime ago that would mean she almost 5 months or so so id say no she cant abort ...

no she cant sue him i guess.it is up to your frd that he wants to marry with her or not. yes she can abort baby but with little risk.after 5 th month she cant abort.your frd can be sure after the baby will born from dna test. or he can test rite now too. doctor can drawn some fluid from baby ( which contain dna and use for birth diffects and chromosome test)
