When does a baby show up on a ultrasound. And actually looks like a baby?

I had one at 9 wks and u could clearly tell it was a baby

I can show you my ultrasound picture lol^ Yes he looked like a baby, I even saw him move. Obviously I said he had no legs and could have definitely looked MORE like a baby since he had arm and leg buds. and I even got it in 3D.

At 8 weeks it does not look like a baby

I'm going today for am ultrasound at 14 weeks 3 days so my baby will look like an actual baby today ?

8 weeks 6 days I had one done vaginally you could see it was a baby clearly but he had no legs or arms yet just buds lol. Not sure how clear it would look if it was done abdominally though

I got my scan at 8 weeks. It showed my baby. It all depends on your doctor. My ultrasound was early because I was unsure of my lmp. So I got the scan and it showed the baby and the heartbeat!! :):)
