My first, I went into labor on my due date. I labored for 15 hours and he was born 1 hour after his EDD. Labor was super easy, and good length. They actually say FTMs labors are longer and you go over your due date. But it depends on the baby.

For me baby #1 was an easy pregnancy but terrible long hard labor. He was 9lbs 4oz and born the day before his due date. Baby #2 was a long hard pregnancy but quick and easy labor. He was 8lbs 1oz and a week early. Baby #3 has been smooth sailing so far.

I've actually heard the opposite, that first is the longest labor and you go longer. It's only been half true for me. I was induced at 40+6 with my first and in labor for 10 hours where I needed the epidural and I was induced at 41+4 with my second but only in labor for under 4 hours without needing an epidural.
