pregnancy and blood testing

I am 13 weeks pregnant and 5 weeks ago it was confirmed at my OBGYN so we did the standard urine/blood tests (STD etc). In the past whenever there was an issue discovered they would call me immediately to come in and get resolved. We have our next follow up tomorrow and we haven't been called for anything since my last appointment 5 weeks ago. Can I assume that all the bloodwork etc was fine or is it possible my doctor would wait 5 weeks to tell me bad news in person?

Chances are there are no problems, or they would have already called you. I wouldnt sweat it, Dr.s are great at calling if there is a problem especially with pregnant women. Good luck tomorrow and enjoy these joyous 9 months

My doctor always goes by "no news is good news". i've never gotten a call back with all these different tests they do each appt.  5 weeks is a long time, i'm sure you're fine :)

Usually they call you if there's a big problem so I would try not to worry. If you're really concerned, give 'em a call and see what they say :).
