Anyone used a TENS machine to help with pain management during Labour?
Has anyone on here used a TENS machine for pain management during Labour?
I've rented a TENS machine for my labour. It was quite affordable and I figure there is no harm in doing so! I have read opposing research results and testimony and some women say it helped them and others said it didn't help. Apparently it is most helpful for the early stage of labour, which is also the longest stage.

A friend of mine used one a swore by it...she offered it to me but u just couldn't be arsed to try figure it out......but ya she highly recommended it.
We have a tens unit at home...I believe the manual says not to use when pregnant? Maybe ask you Dr for their input?
