too much amniotic fluid?

I just left my docs today and I am measuring a week ahead. I'll be 33 weeks Saturday and I gained 7 pounds in two weeks and starting to swell and my blood pressure was 138/82, so i am going back next week to have an ultrasound to look at my fluids and monitor my blood pressure. What exactly does too much fluid mean? I forgot to ask..thanks

I'm not sure but I remember reading on the baby is practicing drinking and peeing out if there is too much fluid then he isnt drinking enough and if there is not enough he is drinking too much..but I'm not 100% sure..maybe you should do some research. Sorry I wasnt any help. I just hate when my questions go unanswered that's why I replied
