Arizona: ftm 13 weeks today

Where specifically am I suppose to feel my flutters at? And is it Possible for me to be able to press softly and feel my baby's heart beat at 13 weeks??  Below my belly button? On it? Above it? And is it bad that the back of my knees hurt at night telling me I'm hungry even though the rest of me doesn't feel like eating?? Literally only had like 3 or 4 spoons of oatmeal at 12, a soft pretzel at 4, like 3 spoons of rice and beans at 7 and a small slice of pizza around 8 or 9 and that's it?? Most the time I don't really recall what I did or eat through out the day and sorry for all the questions but is it common to have memory loss with everything/ anything pretty much everyday?? Sorry I'm a ftm with too many questions and concerns

It usually takes first time moms longer to feel their baby. I'm on my third and I feel them once or twice every few days and in 16 weeks. So you probably won't feel anything until your around 19 or 20 weeks but everybody is different so its not certain. I feel mine pretty low below my belly button but I guess it depends on where your little baby is in your tummy.

You can really feel flutters anywhere. Just depends where baby is. I didn't feel anything until 19 wks with my first. My Dr told me you can't feel the hear beat but you can buy a monitor to listen to the baby's heartbeat. As for the eating, some mom's don't have much of an appetite at all in early pregnancy & memory loss is totally normal lol good luck!  :)
