Any advice?!?

I went to get an ultrasound done yesterday and she is very low. I have been having extreme cramping, which makes sense, because she has moved down. I have a baby doctor appointment today. Should I ask my doctor to go ahead and take her? I am almost 38 weeks and she is nearly 8 pounds. She would be very healthy with no complications. Or is that selfish? It hurts to move and exist at this point.

I hope I am dilated at least. That way I know the pain I have been in, isn't for not making any progress. Lol.  My c-section is scheduled in 13 more days.

That's not selfish at all. If your doctor will do it then cool but I know some doctors won't unless its a health issue. Good luck

I have a 2 year old too. That's awesome lol. She's not too thrilled about having another baby around.

Those measurements that late in pregnancy are not accurate. I know you are uncomfortable but it is best to let baby come when she comes. Put baby first.

Well either way, I have to have a c-section. I can't have her naturally. So why not go ahead and take her? I'm just very tired of being so miserable. I have a two year old and I can't even play with him.

Oh but it wouldn't hurt to ask.

My doctor is taking my baby this morning for me because of the same reasons. He ordered an ultrasound at 37 weeks, saw that my baby was low, 8.3 pounds and completely out of room. He wanted to wait until I was 38 weeks so at my next appointment (my 38 week appointment) he scheduled my induction for today at 39 weeks and a day. Some doctors refuse to do it until 39 weeks. My prefers it unless there is a serious reason to need it.
