Today we found out the gender of our baby and it's a girl. My husband says he is happy as long as the baby is healthy ,but I feel he's disappointed because he wanted a boy because he already has a girl from his previous relationship and he doesn't seem exited. To be honest I also wanted a boy.did this happen to any of you?

I'm the other way around I wanted a girl and he wanted a boy he got his wish and I admit I was disappointed but hours later I no longer was angry and I realized I'll love my baby no matter what :)

My husband wanted a girl and we are having a boy. I dont know if its a man thing but i feel like he hasnt bonded with him yet and im 30weeks.  I feel like maybe if it was a girl would he be different. I get so angry with him but what can i do.

My fiancé and I wanted a boy soooo bad, we had name picked out he would always call the baby by manny short for emmanuel and when we got the ultrasound and the tech said it was a baby girl we both had smiles from ear to ear. We love our baby so much and wait to have our little princess in our arms already! It's his daughter regardless so of course he is going to love your baby, just also remember guys don't feel the baby move all the time and have them grow in them. They have to actually see the baby to realize holy moly it's a baby, my baby. So don't worry he is happy :)

I haven't found the sex out yet but my whole family feels like its a girl including his family as well. But he wants a boy because he grew up with girls he even talks to my belly as if its a boy lol. But I am hoping regardless of what we have my boyfriend will be happy its our first .

This makes me a little nervous. See, both myself and my husband have sons from previous relationships and this is our first baby together. We're both hoping for another boy.. He doesn't want a girl but he said that if we have one then it'll be his fault and he's going to feel some kind of way for a little bit but he'll love his daughter regardless.. I just want us both to get what we want.. A healthy baby.. That just so happens to be a boy! :-) I'm only 6 weeks but I'm really nervous about it. However we did decide that when it's time to find out he'd be the only one to know... Idk how that's going to work out.. But we'll see..

Me and my bf find out we are having a boy we wanted a girl cuz we already got two boys but after while we got over it cuz he still our baby at the end of the day and we will love him the same...

Yes. We have a girl, n he wanted a boy this time. But its another girl. I told him its his fault. Bc truth be told, its the dad that decodes the gender.

I Went Through This As Well. When The Tech Told us It Was A Girl He Looked As If He Wanted To Cry. We Had Even Planned To Go Baby Shopping For "MJ" After The Appointment But He No Longer Wanted To Go When We Found Out It Was A Girl. He Was Really Looking Forward To Having A Jr. We Went Shopping The Next Day. He Spent About 3x The Amount We Planned And I Only Got To Pick Out One Item Everything Else Was All Him. Everything Had To Be Perfect For "His" Daughter Lol. This Is Both Of Our 1st Child But I'm Sure Your Hubby Will Come Around Soon. Good Luck Hun!!!
