Two of your temps look a little high for cd3. When I was charting my bbt, it usually took a few days for my temps to come back down after I started af. I would definitely keep charting the temps to make sure that you're ovulating. I would say that the 18 day cycle you just had was your body trying to regulate itself after coming off of birth control. Are you ttc again, or just using it as bc?
I am off of the nuva ring and just kind of letting my body do what it wants. I really thought that it was high and the first temp was a guestimation (which I will be taking off and starting on CD 4 ((TOMORROW)) BUT since I have PCOS I am not hoping for much. Thank you for your input Nicole!
Nickie, it took six months after I got off the pill to have regular AFs. When I got off the pill it was part of the way through the month and I bled twice within a few weeks, that could be what your close AFs were...I wouldn't say your temps look high, each person varies in body temp the average for one person may not be the same for you. I forgot to chart enough to have a steady flow of temps, and I didn't do it long...but you can look at my chart to see if it helps. Honestly I can't tell anything by your temps because it doesn't have but two temps marked. Just try to temp everyday around the same time, with at least three hours of consecutive sleep before you take your temps.
I take my temp @ 4:30 am when I have had 5 hours of sleep but I also have PCOS and I am starting to think that it is messing with me. I have an app on my phone and I think I might have put in my temps wrong. I am going to redo my temps and I would love your lady's input on if you think it is normal or not. TMI but since I started AF on cd 18 (it started out brown but it quickly turned red and it is still going strong). If you could look and tell me if it looks semi-normal it would be a great help! Thank you ladies!
Ladies I think I am going to use my app on my phone. It doesn't seem to be so far off on the temps. The temps on our temp recording seem to be massively spread out and I think that the app on my phone doesn't seem to be as far off as the one on our ovulation predictor... Thank you ladies anyway but my temps have been dropping if you wanna check out my temps on my ovulation page =) I would love the input!
