Yes you can definitely eat balut while pregnant, in fact if some pregnant woman can get over the squimish look and irony taste, they will be doing your very own fetus a favor! Balut is packed with iron, folic acid, nutrients that nourishes the baby in ways other foods can’t. But don’t consume to many in one sitting 1-2 should be plenty. Due to the high cholesterol in this egg. But if you want to eat it GO FOR IT! It’s 100% SAFE!
omg.. cant stop laughing.. told yah..
Oh god! I could never eat that! That looks disgusting
tell me what you think once you see it.. lol.. i just went to google to see it and boom! went to the bathroom right away..
I will definitely Google it. The weirdest thing ate would be cow tough and check or lamb. So duck egg is probably to much for me.
rebeccaann11 for me before i got pregnant, i liked it.. its good.. but now.. it grosses me to my bones.. again thats just me.. i prefer chicken egg dear.. once you see the picture, i dont think you'd like it either.. unless of course you're into exotic and unusual foods..
Rebeccaann11 I recommend googling it. Lol I personally wouldn't eat it. Some of the things my friend eats I can't even listen to her talk about haha. Although I do love lumpia and pancit bihon!
Is it good? Does it taste like a chicken egg?
yeah.. thats one of the exotic food they have here in the Philippines.. i guess its ok to eat it while pregnant since it's cooked.. but i wouldnt.. i would probably throw up just by looking at it.. some balot has a duckling in it.. but thats just me of course.. other people loves it..
We don't eat that here in oklahoma lol
I have no heard of that. How weird lol
I have a Filipino friend who ate just about everything while she was oregnant , with both of her children. I'd say as long as its fully cooked you shouldn't have an issue but you can try asking your Dr.
rebeccaann11 balot is a boiled ducks egg.. she was asking if it was ok eating it while pregnant..
Bloating? ???
Bloating is fine
