I was told by my midwife to drink 32oz of water, and go take a warm shower and relax...bh will stop, and real ones will stop for a bit, then come back more intense.

How can i tell if its fake labour? They dont hurt just feels like the tightening feeling, whenever i walk my belly just feels tight all over and pressure down there..

If they are coming regularly then it may very well be real labor. You can try walking around, moving into a different position, and drinking lots of water to try and tell the difference.
