Baby low?

Is it normal for baby to be so low at 18 weeks? With my daughter, by now she was way up. With this one, my baby is still along my pubic hairline. FAR under my belly button. My doctor showed some concern, but didn't tell me much.

My doctor told me at my 20weeks appt that baby is suppose to be that low still then they start to move up. I'm now 27w + 2d and am just now starting to feel her above my belly button. I dont think you should be worried

I'm 17wks2d and my baby is in my opinion way low, about an inch from my pubic bone and feel the same! Haven't been told anything yet but have my anatomy scan next Tuesday and will ask
