Im prego eith my second now and they give me the option to try vaginal and i dont want to im choosin the section right away . I wouldnt have it any other way. I had a good recovery and the scar isnt bad lookin just a little pen line some places u cant see nothin not even a little line i was up and walkin about 4 to 6 hours after surgery. It isnt bad i was terrified lol but it was nothin !!
My 3rd baby was kinda stubborn but she went from breech position to head down at 34 weeks. You still have time sweetie. also another thing that they could do is manually turning the baby from the outside of your stomach but majority of the time the baby goes head down before you go into labor or when you are in labor. but tricks that I did was used ice pack on the top of my uterus and having my hips elevated at the same time by putting 2-3 pillows underneath my hips. And that was how I got her to turn. She's now almost 4 and still is stubborn lol.
I was breeched at 34 weeks to my surprise.
So I started walking daily and did breast Stoke in the pool and Bub turned pretty quick. Dr's don't start to intervene until you are breeched after 36 weeks. 30 weeks the Bub can still be floating around doing back flips.
My daughter never would turn. We went to 38 weeks and tried an ecv and it didn't work so we went ahead and did a c section :(. If I could do it again I would definitely go full term if the ecv didn't work and I woulda tried a chiropractor. Good luck!!
Yes there are yoga positions for this. Also! Try swimming. Do. Front flip and back flips in the water. Hand stands in the water. A friend of mine did this and it worked.
You still have a quite a while for babybto turn. I wouldn't worry just yet, but try looking up yoga positions that help flip baby I've hear of good results from that.
