i def agree nicholas should be first with the names you've chosen.....we're using alexander as our base, and possibly naming him after chris, so it'd be christopher alexander.....

I love Nicholas Christopher, for the reason that Nicholas is my youngest nephew and Christopher is my hubby!

Joseph Nicholas for sure. I absolutely love the name Joseph. It's my brother's name, and we are using it as a middle name for our son (Evan Joseph). It is a strong and timeless name!

I had issues posting on Saturday, but here's what I wanted to post!  lol

I like Nicholas Christopher better than Joseph Nicholas ...I don't know why, but it just seems to flow better to me.

But also remember to see how it flows with your last name.  If, for example, your last name begins with a "K" sound, like mine, the middle name Christopher will kind of clash with it.  At least to me, it clashes.  =D

Joseph Nicholas flows better! Both are VERY cute!!! My nephew has two middle names. You could always use all three, though that might be a mouthful since those names have a lot of syllables.

I am a fan of Nicholas Joseph.  It just flows off my tongue better!!  GOOD LUCK!

Or you could draw names from a hat.  If you draw one you don't like that much, then you have just decided (subconsciously) that you prefer the other.  if that makes any sense

I'm new to the community. Joseph Nicholas sounds more attractive. If you can't figure out by the time you go into labor, do what I did, I had three names chosen and could not decide for one. My husband wrote the three names on the board of my hospital room and asked everyone who walked in (visitors, nurser, doctors) to pick one. And Sherlynne had the most votes, so sherlynne it was.

I like the name NICHOLAS for the first name :)

Heres a lil background on the name its very interesting

NICHOLAS
Gender: Masculine

Usage: English, French

Pronounced: NIK-ə-ləs (English), nee-ko-LA (French)

From the Greek name Νικολαος (Nikolaos) which meant "victory of the people" from Greek νικη (nike) "victory" and λαος (laos) "people". Saint Nicholas was a 4th-century bishop from Anatolia who, according to legend, saved the daughters of a poor man from lives of prostitution. He is the patron saint of children, sailors and merchants, as well as Greece and Russia. He formed the basis for the figure known as Santa Claus (created in the 19th century from Dutch Sinterklaas), the bringer of Christmas presents.
Due to the renown of the saint, this name has been widely used in the Christian world. It has been common in England since the 12th century, though it became a bit less popular after the Protestant Reformation. The name has been borne by five popes and two czars of Russia.
