So, the only way I can get throw a days work ( I bartend). I have to put on a thermacare lower back heating pad, followed by a belly brace (bought of amazon). I have gel inserts in my shoes and take Tylenol if I feel any discomfort. I am 34 weeks. It ***** there isn't much anyone can do for me at this point. Warm baths and salt helps too. Good luck.

Pain relief gels are good but make sure it doesn't have ibuprofen in as that's dangerous for your baby. Physio worked for me with my first. Also, codine was awesome but check with your doctor before you take that as you can take it at some points in pregnancy but not in others.

I'm 25 weeks and I would use like a pain relief jel on my back. Or u can try hot water bottle just don't put it anywhere near ur tummy.
