Is something wrong??

Yesterday morning I woke up to a lot of pain in my lower abdomen, it was sharp and constant, I went to the toilet to see if I was bleeding and nothing, so I went back to bed and tried to relax, eventually the pain got less severe and I went back to sleep.
When I woke up again the pain had gone back into a mild cramp, but I still felt sore, especially when I put pressure on my lower right side, cough, or need to use the toilet, but still no bleeding.
Today the pain is gone completely.
I'm still on the pill, could this be causing the pain?? Should I stop?
If anyone could give some advice,
Or if someone has had the same thing then please reply,
I am so worried.
Thanks x

Pain from cysts can come and go. Some women also have endometriosis that can cause pain as well.
I'm not sure whether taking the pill would cause pain if pregnant. You should see your doctor and maybe they can do an ultrasound to see what it may be.

It wasn't constipation or gas, and if I had a cyst will it have stopped hurting after such a short period of time??
So taking the pill whilst being pregnant wouldn't have caused the pain??

Don't stop taking your pill. It wouldn't be what's causing your pain.
It's hard to say what's causing your pain. Where are you in your cycle? Have you missed any pills? Do you have a history of ovarian cysts? Could you have just been constipated or had some gas?
