Okay!!! Yeah, so far those help by Tylenol is the only thing to get me to sleep

But I agree, warm baths always helped me. And heating pad.

Yes constant pain for the last 3 weeks. It's like u can literally feel the rubbing. It hurt to walk or lay on a certain spot. When braxton hicks came it was 10x worse. I had to stop and catch my breath. My back would get super tight.

Yeah, it was bad! I'm glad it went away too!

Glad it went away I always took baths if my back was hurting or my hips and legs my little girl loved laying on my left hip for some reason haha

I had Horrible back labor. My babys spine was rubbing against mine. Non stop lower back pain for the last 3 weeks. She came out Sunnyside up!

Okay! I was having horrible back pain and it kept getting worse. But I took Tylenol and it went away (:

To me it felt like a cramp that wouldn't go away like when you get one in your leg real bad
