I am 16 weeks pregnant. I do stretch every day and do occasional yoga. I have scoliosis though. I need a remedy for tight back muscles and soreness other than stretching. I would love to keep a warm bath as an option but I am afraid at the time I'm too busy. I've been thinking about scheduling a massage but again time seems to be short these days. I know I need to take more time for myself and I will be able to in the near future but I need a 'now' remedy.
