Back pain

Oh my goodness Im having horrible back pain hurts when I breathe smh what should I do

All I drink is water i have between 8 glasses a day and I don't take medicine because it makes me feel sick and I can't go to my doctor or ER because I have no transportation I have to catch the bus for my Dr appt when I do go..  i got my knees between my pillow and no matter what side I lay in it hurts

I just had this last night on my right side. I went to the er and they checked to see if I was dehydrated (so try and drink some water first) they gave me tylenol, hydrocodine, and a muscle relaxer. In the end the pain was numbed. But my doc gave me a script for a muscle relaxer and I have been laying down with a pillow between my knees and it has been helping to ease the pressure

Hopefully itll ease up b4 then I use heating pads n muscle joint rub or cream sometimes due to us working against gravity it can strain our ligaments and muscles

I used a heating pad im 33 weeks and Idk what to do

If its that bad Id get checked I dnt take anything lightly especially from previous pregnancys
