Yeah I read that a warm bath or heating pad might help, but I'm on strict only showers right now by my surgeon bc my cut has't healed up. I broke his rule & just didn't get my cut wet & it didn't help, then tried heating pad & it didn't work.

I always get numb legs even when I'm walking... it's just from a nerve being hit the wrong way, as for the back pain I've had that all day as well and from what my doctor told me my pain is a form of contractions... I am 38+3 and all my pain as been in my back contractions as well.

The leg numbness can be baby sitting on a nerve I've had it several times . I'm 37 weeks , I don't know how far along you are to tell you your back pain . It could be early onset labor or just all the pressure from baby , or laying the wrong way or straining bending the wrong way . Relax and try a warm compress on your back . If its still the same I'd call your doctor and ask
