Try sleeping in a recliner. As long as you are propped up, it should be ok, but don't quote me on that. I'm not a doc. I delieverd a month ago and side sleeping nearly killed my thighs when I was pregnant. So I either slept in a recliner or propped several pillows up in the bed so I'm laying at an angle. Hope this helps. But like I said in not a doc. Its just what helped me.
If baby and cord are in a certain position it can cut of o2 to the baby
Been wondering this myself. I'll be thirty weeks tomorrow and have noticed I'll wake up on my back even tho I fall asleep on my right or left side.
I also have d same prblm bt am only 18 wks bt d dr says dat d bby will lak oxygen..
I used to only love my left side now I like my back or right side. I dont think its a big deal. Im 35 weeks today with a healthy baby
