Bad Acne 9 weeks pregnant

Just wanted to see if anyone has a good acne remedy safe for pregnancy. Any over the counter cleaners/creams that have worked for you? Please share, thank you!

I have bad acne too I'm 20 weeks pregnant with my 2nd and with my 1st daughter I also had bad acne. I've tried everything and like above its hormonal....I will say white antibacterial dial soap helps some. Get your face, chest, back or wherever the acne is wet then scrub w the dial, let it dry totally then use a clean wash cloth with hot water to wipe it off. Don't dry your face after let it dry by itself. This seemed to help me most. I also wipe my skin down w rubbing alcohol during the day when I can't wash, this seems to help dry them up. (Btw its totally okay to do this while pregnant will not hurt baby) anyway hope this works! Best of luck and Congrats!! Oh and as above said it clears right up after pregnancy.

I got horrrible acne during my first ans second trimester. I started using proactiv about two weeks ago and my face is completely clear now.

Baking soda, make a paste out of it and scrub your face with it.

With my first I had acne so bad nothing worked not even proactive its hormonal there's really nothing that you can do. After my daughter was born it cleared right up and my huge swollen nose went away too. Best of luck and congrats!!!

I had bad acne before I was pregnant n I dunno if it was the pregnancy or prenatals but it cleared right up!!! I also used morning burst by clean and clear and also their blackheads scrub (clear bottle) n I love both!
