Baths

I'm 17+2 and I took a nice warm bath tonight because my hips have been hurting really bad. I am now paranoid that it was the wrong choice because I know your not supposed to go in a hot tub. Is a bath ok tho? I just need some reassurance please

I have really bad joint pain due to arthritis and my doctor recommended taking a nice warm bath for the pain, just as long as it's not super hot and you're not in for too long it's fine.

Just curious, why can't it be super hot? I love those scolding hot baths.

Thats fine as long as you dont stay in too long or have ur body temp raises above 102. If its just a warm bath and not hot u have nothing to worry about :)

No water over 100 degrees and the reason is it raises your core body tempature and the baby has no way to cool down. It can cause a lot of bad issues. I take warm baths all the time, just because with the temp.
