I basically lived on crackers and chicken noodle soup my first trimester, but I had all day sickness too my suggestion would be to talk to your doctor about a prescription. Mine gave me these tablets that disolve on your tounge, they were a life saver
Fruit was the only thing I could keep down for approximately four + months
When I was that way I lost 4 pounds from not being able to hold things down, but I found ginger ale and chicken soup with stars was at least okay to hold down and tolerable coming back up.
Bananas was the best thing for me
Watermelon, apples, and crackers
Preggie pops are a morning sickness lollipop and those helped me also the only thing I wouldn't throw up was French frys
When I was that that way, I honestly didn't eat some days.. I would drink plenty but I thought maybe it was better to not eat and save my liquids than to eat and throw up everything.. I got scared I would be dehydrated. As long as you take your vitamins and it's just a day or so, you will be OK to skip a meal or so.
I used to eat peanut butter toast
I had morning sickness like a mothafcuka.. sucked so bad. I could only eat apples lol the inly thing i didnt throw up
I had soup, n crackers n drunk a lot of water, n Gatorade Help me a lot.
I'm trying everything but I'm still queasy. Nothing helps.
It only pasted a month with my first. No sickness with this one at all. But I ate cereal with my first it tasted fine coming back up nothing would stay down except liquids.
Cottage cheese was my savior, plus you need the calcium so its a win if you lime cottage cheese :)
