caffeine??

How does caffeine affects my baby,and how much is a averege to drink..i usually drink 1 or 2 cups of sweet tea then i feel soo guilty but i just lovw drinking sweet tea,and thats one of my drinks that would helps me eat =/???

Thats the one thing I told my doc I couldnt give up. Coffee! He laughed and said ill be fine with 1-2 cups a day it only affects my babe if im an obsessive drinker. 4 or more a day. I wouldnt worry or feel guilty, theres a lot other worse things you could be doing. CCongrats:)
