The IUD ParaGard is non-hormonal. Its good for up to 10 years and u can have it removed before if u want to get pregnant sooner.

Im getting the implanon again. Its breastfeeding friendly no need to remember pills (which the pill that's pk for breastfeeding made me sick) ans no depi shot :-) and its good for up to three years. I had mine out in January bc my husband and I wanted another baby hsd it in for years and got pregnant three months later :-)
