I tore from one end to the other literally with my first he was almost 9lbs and I pusjexf or 2 hours wasn't a good experience I'm hoping for better this time but I swear to you guys Tux buy them at Wal-Mart drug store saved My life! I know your not suppose to wipr but I would just dab and I felt clean and helped with the pain so much!!

My daughter was 7lbs 3oz ..but looked swollen lol n i was 38 weeks 3 days... the spray or pain medicine didn't even help much. Im glad it healed on its own but the worst thing abt mine was tht i couldn't hold my bowels lol so yuck! Dont wanna go through tht again. She efd me up but im happy she's healthy & doin fine (11 months now)! On d 9th

Ok thanks bcuz i got an epidural and couldn't feel anything so ig i pushed really hard to get her out in three pushes...im plannin on not getting on this time if i can stand the pain...im hoping to see better results
They say that you tear more with your first than second since it's your first time having to stretch that big. But you should only have minor tears with your second.
Most people tear because they push too hard and too fast when baby is crowning. Once baby has begun to crown, all you need to do is breath and give easy little pushes. Don't listen to who ever is in the back ground yelling for you to push. Small little pushes give your vagina time to stretch little by little. Your provider can also help with oil, perineal massage and warm compresses.
