Bleeding being normal

I have been bleeding when I wipe for the last few days but it doesn't leave anything on my underwear. I went to the doctor twice and they keep saying everything is fine. I just still get really uneasy whenever I see the blood. How are ways to keep calm and believe the doctors?

It's from front to back, they said there's no infection or anything its just the pregnancy tissues and it's not enough to wear a pad. Thank you!

This has been happening to me since week 5 of my pregnancy (now almost 14 weeks) I've been to the ER, sick call hours at the doctors office, & brought it up at my appointments. The doctors say nothing is wrong I don't have an infection or UTI & baby is fine. Ways I keep calm is reminding myself that if I don't have to wear a pad and I don't have cramps baby is fine. It's frustrating when they can't explain why you bleed but I'm sure our bodies would sense something is wrong. I hope it gets better for you! (:
