Will it be possible or would we have to wait :( really stressed

Me & my boyfriend of almost 2 years go through so much ! We ended up back together thru everything . its just my mom decides to move to south carolina for a bigger house for me & baby .. The house she got has a finished basement with 2 bedrooms which is more than perfect! The thing is, my boyfriend wants to come .. Really bad! He doesnt want to miss a day of my pregnancy he says . His mom & dad has joint custody , hes 17 & will be 18 in November . His dad said its completely fine but his mom is saying no no no . but he lives with his dad so shouldnt he have the better say? my question is .. Can he just come with us since his father gave him permission or do we have to wait until November? Is there a way he could be his own guardian or something at 17? Please help us, this would tear us apart really bad!

She needs to sign buy if he brings her for an emergency court hearing and the judge sides with him then she has to sign over her rights or they'll just get taken by the court

His mom wouldnt sign that paper, shes like a strict bossy parent. She wants him to live however she wants him to live. And he doesnt even live with her, he lives with his dad. is there a way only his fathrr could sign the papers & not his mom ? He really wants to come and shes the only one stopping him because his fathrr wants him to be with his child.

He can become an emancipated minor.. he'll have to go to court and have his parents sign it over. Under the cercumstances of the baby I don't see why the court would have aa problem. Either that or your parents can sign over to your mom
