Breast Feeding Question !!!
Sorry it might sound stupid but can I eat spicy chips while breast feeding ??
Just adding that i think you should limit caffeine too can effect their sleep patterns and such
You can eat anything while your breastfeeding. Obviously limit alcohol lol only thing you may find is certain foods you eat can bother the baby so if you eat something like that or just something a little different and notice baby spit up more or gassy ect it could be something you ate. But won't know till you try lol
