Breast Feeding

My dh and I feel really strongly about breast feeding our baby. However, I'm concerned I won't be able to. My mothers family has had a history of reproductive issues and none of the women have been able to nurse (this problem goes back at least 125 yrs that I'm aware of). Is there anything I can do to prepare myself to breast feed ot has anyone experienced something similar?

you should also check out the breastfeeding forum here, its awesome! the ladies there are very knowledgeable. perhaps they will have some great suggestions for you, or someone who has had the same issue.
best of luck!
