Broad question

I know we all have our fears but i had went into labor with my first at 28 wks and its constantly on my mind. I did talk to my dr about it but she said i was young when i had my first so it might be different this time but still put me down as high risk. I have to have another ultrasound at 27 wks which is not routine here cause they seen his kidney tube was enlarged. I'm absolutely terrified i will go into labor again early especially since they can tell somethings wrong with him

I read up on the kidney issue and its one of those things babies can grow out of, very small.percentage have surgery..fatalities even more slim...don't worry about that im sure your baby is fine and im sure the next ultrasound will give you more of an explanation...im sorry that is very difficult to go through. :( I see so it was a spontaneous labor, no true cause thats tricky! I hope it is different this time...i wished I could answer from.experience...

They said they got to check to see if his kidneys are functioning. My ex sis in law had a baby that died 3 days after he was born due to kidney problems

I was put on brethine (sp?) with my first and given steriod shots. i had to take the pills every 6 hrs. Idk really cause she's not tellin me much about it but she did say it could put me more at risk but shouldn't worry. it was very contridictory. Im just wondering if anyone had a similar issue? They didn't even find anything wrong with my first son and don't know why i went into labor that early

:/ Were they able to stop labor the first time? Did they give you any prognosis of what the enlarged kidney tube could mean??

My doc wanted to put me on some type of meds to stop me from going in early since i went in at 32 weeks with my oldest I don't kno the name of it but you should ask
