Bullying :(

My supervisor has been bullying me in the office. I just came back like a month ago because i had risky pregnancy. When my computer broke, he wanted me to transfer to another computer and walk 5 meters away back and forth just to fix the new computer while im logged in on my own computer.. then he issued me a Disciplinary action for being late because i was nauseous and had morning sickness.. he said it wasnt a valid excuse.. now he adjusted my lunch too early and im worried that i'd get too hungry a few hours after my lunch break.. he is such a big jerk.. very inconsiderate and an as.shole.

u poor girl! I'd be furious!! what GiGiBella said is exactly what you should do! I worked as a mechanic at a car dealership for almost a year and got pregnant they tried to fire me and my lawyer called them and told them they'd have a lawsuit on their hands if they did! So I ended up working in the office :) So if he tries getting you fired for having pregnancy symptoms just know you can sue the **** outta them! good luck I hope work gets better got you!

Thats awful! Get a note from your doctor regarding high risk pregnancy,  symptoms,  current restrictions.  Meet with his supervisor or your HR department.  Also write an addendum explaining you were late for medical reason and have it attached to the disciplinary action
