I had a really hard time falling asleep in my first trimester..it helps to try to tune all your thoughts out. I was anxious about baby so just forcing myself to stop and it helped. Easier said than done. I toss and turn a lot now and get up to pee but I usually can fall back asleep after if I keep my head clear.

Yeah its really hard especially when you have work the next day. I had a really busy day at work and onlyon an hour and a half sleep. Thats how bad it was last night.

I have found having a small glass of wine really helped me relax. And then a warm bath!.

Hope it helps!
