You can sleep on your back up until 20 weeks anything after will cause pressure on your vena cava and cut of oxygen to your baby or something like that.

It's okay hunn, I just hope baby okay /: when I sleep on my side to long I get a cramp on my hip bone so sleeping on my bk is more comfortable.

I'm about 32weeks and sometimes sleeping on my back is the only comfortable position. What important is to sleep which ever way you feel most comfortable. Some woman don't like sleeping on their back because it's to uncomfortable. I'm not saying it's good or bad, I'm just saying sleep whichever way you feel comfortable. (Rereading what I said and it sounds very repetitive, sorry hun)
