Cannot Sleep !

No matter what I do I can't sleep . It's 2:30 & I've been laying here since 9 ... And even when I fall asleep Ill only stay asleep for like 2 hours . Aren't normal pregnant people tiered all the time ? I just turned insomniac ...

Try thinking about your baby. Everytime I can't sleep, I always daydream about my baby, and I usually fall asleep pretty fast, and have some great dreams as well :)

I've always been a bit of an insomniac.. Pregnancy just makes it worse.. Yes pregnant people are tired all the time, I know I'm always exhausted, but it doesn't make a difference with being able to sleep.. Sometimes reading helps me fall asleep and stay asleep, at least for a little while. Also it is important to make sure you're getting enough exercise throughout the day, makes a big difference with sleeping at night..
