Can't breath

im 30 weeks pregnant this upcoming Monday and I can't breath. I'm just laying here and it's hard for me to breath. Anything I do im out of breath doesn't matter if im just laying or sitting here I just randomly lose breath. What should i do or should I be worried?

It seems like since she's dropped it just has gotten worse. I have my last 4 week check up in two weeks I'll talk to my dr to see if I can do anything

It's normal baby is all in your lung space. ..I get heavy breathing just rolling out of bed on top of asthma. ..its gotten better now that the baby has dropped though.
