Be sure you are drinking plenty of water. Also, eat bananas and other foods high in potassium.
I drink water and milk all day n bananas I dont really care for cuz of the texture but ill try eating more bananas. Thanks.
Try them in smoothies. Also carrots and sweet potatoes are also high in potassium.

Bend your toes down when you feel it coming and it will stop I'm telling you it works
I tried bending my toes it just made it worse for me
I have it all the time in my legs! Especially when I'm sleeping, as soon as you feel it coming on do NOT point your feet whatever you do. If you put them in the position as if you were walking it will instantly stop it. I promise. Remember make sure they are at a 90° angle idk if it makes since but it seriously helps
Stretch your feet a lot and wiggle your toes around. Eat bananas and drink water, that helped me. Probably my least favorite part about pregnancy. Good luck
