I just joined this month...it is very good...make sure you buy a basal body thermometer instead of a regular one...they are more sensitive to the slightest changes...good luck...sorry to hear about af!

www.fertilityfriend.com is a great website that gives you the ins and outs of temping.  They give you a free trial for 30 days I think.  Go buy a basal body thermometer...you can get it from a drug store.  You want to take your temperature first thing in the morning before you even get out of bed.  Take your temperature at the same time everyday.  Even if it's the weekend, I would set my alarm clock to wake me the same time I would if I was getting up for work, take my temps and go back to sleep.  Once you take your temperature then you mark it on the chart.  That website will create a chart for you.  You type in your temperature and it will keep track and show you when you ovulate.  You will notice that right before you ovulate you will get a spike in your temperature and then once you've ovulated you will get a drop in temps.  Then it will go back up, stay high until you get your period and it will go back down.  It shows you how long your luteal phase is and will calculate your dates of ovulation.  You will have to do this for multiple months in order to see any type of patterns.  They give great info and have chat rooms as well.
