Have y'all had to get a cervadill to get induced n if soo what was it like n ure experience? ??

I have never been induced so i dont know...thinking of asking drs if i can get induced on my due date at my next appointment cuz ive been in so much pain i can barely walk

I had it placed and was on pitocin, I guess I just wasnt gonna dialate cuz they placed it at 1am and 5 pm the next day I was a 3, so I had a csection at 7 that evening.....

I had cervidil , had to keep it in for 12 hours it hurt when the nurse put it in. And didn't dilate any after she checked me 12 hours later smh so the started pitocin and  about 2 hours later I was at 8cm .

I don't mind.. When I checked in, I was only dilated at a 1. After my doctor put it in it was only 5 hours and I was dilated to a full 10. In between all that time they was giving me pain medicine and an epidural and I was dilated at about a 7 at that point. After they seen I was dilated all the way, she broke my water and I pushed for 15 minutes and he was out. I got really blessed. I had a very smooth time giving birth. Epidural is great, there was no pain for me. I hope this helps.

really ive never had that b4 bcz since i was induced with my first i was already thinned out n 3cm so I didn't need that. Do u mind telling me abt ure experience with ure labor?  I'm scared its gana make me be in prelabor foreverrr

Didn't feel it at all when they put it in and it really worked. I was only in labor for 5 hours afterwards. It's really small. It's about the size of your finger print or smaller will a long string on it, and flat as paper almost. It really helps things get moving along.
