I'm 14 weeks in like 3 days I am def showing and my terus is well above the pubic bone.... A lot of people start showing around this time especially if it's not your first baby

Yeah my bad its like 3 1/2 inches. You can be starting to show but in relation to tummy size vs the size of the baby and uterus its not going to be hard yet since it is so tiny and just barely popping up. I dont think my tummy got hard until at least 20+ weeks. Even at 31 weeks its only hard in the places shes right under. like if shes laying on my right side I can push in my left and it'll have give and jiggle but not my right side.

At 14 weeks the baby is a few inches long, so much bigger than a grape. You may be showing already, but most likely other people wouldn't really be able to tell. I'm almost 19 weeks and I'm just starting to show.

it wouldn't be hard at 14 weeks even if it is the baby.  It's not unusual to start showing around 14 weeks.

Right now your uterus is barely over your public bone and baby is only like the size of a grape so it could be bloating and baby hiding behind the extra weight you have.
