Yes, you could be in preterm labor. So I'd head to Labor and Delievery! They will try and stop it which will relieve the pain. They will probably give you a shot that burns like crazy and makes you jittery. You can have that up to three times. You'll also get a steroid shot to help mature babies lungs. If the shot don't work, they may give you Procardia. If that doesn't work, you will then be on magnesium for 24 hours and get the second steroid shot in. If that doesn't work and you're dilating, you'll have baby and baby will be in nursery for a few weeks. Don't wait too long, baby needs to cook longer!
Is it something serious I have a 4 year old but I never felt anything like this with her I never felt pregnant but in the past 3 days I have bein cramping and back hurting
You're having contractions then. That's why I am currently laying in a hospital bed. I am in preterm labor. I'd head to Labor and Delievery right away! I had pain in my back and it put me to tears along with my belly tightening and lots of pressure in my booty. I'm 33 weeks and 3 days.
It more than mild cramps when they come it puts me to tears most pain is on my left side but I feel him move stomach gets really tight start cramling and then I feel pressure
if their menstrual cramps and any back pain id call doctor. I was having them. the back pain never went away really and lots of pressure. turned out they were contractions because I had an infection causing my uterus to contract. better be safe then sorry
Mild cramping is normal, pressure is normal too, most likely because baby is lover in your pelvic area
