castor oil!?
I understand how it starts contractions but it doesn't make you dilate so wouldn't that be pointless?? Just curious
My friend told me to take castor oil, so I wanted other thoughts before I sent myself into worse contractions. Thank you
It is pointless, and not even proven to work, rather than it really being more of a matter of coincidence. I had contractions 4-5min apart for just south of 6wks. It doesnt mean squat if you dont dilate.
Sometimes your body just needs an extra push to get things going and moving along.
I've been having contractions for 24 hours 3-4 mins apart and hit 100 on tocometer but not dilated
