I've always wondered why they say that is a symptom. I've always loved the crunch of the ice, especially ice from Sonic!

I did with this last pregnancy, and I found out my iron levels were low. Craving ice is a symptom of low iron, but could be dif in ur situation. U could ask ur doc to check ur iron. :-)

I had it late on with all 3 of mine! It can be a sign of anaemia but I was never anaemic. I reckoned it was simply because I dont drink enough and needed the fluids. I loved to crunch that ice, a bag didnt last long, but my last baby is 5wks old and I still have a full bag that I never got round to!
