I'm going on one in 2 weeks && they said I couldn't come of I was 24 weeks or more . So no , you wouldn't be able to take a cruise . At least not with carnival .
I'm sorry that post wasn't very clear . When my stepdad called to book the cruise , they asked him if anyone was pregnant && he told them that his daughter was . They informed us that I couldn't step foot on the boat if I was 24 weeks or more . Also , you aren't allowed if you'll turn 24 weeks during anytime during the cruise . Luckily for me I'll be 22 weeks when the cruise ends . This is through carnival . I'm not sure about other cruise lines but I'm sure the same standards apply . && you cant lie about how far you are either because you must have your doctor fax them all your info .
Screw them then!! Lol jk
Its n totally fine. They just don't wanna be stuck in the ocean having you in labor. allot of things could go wrong.
But aren't you scared of being sea sick?
The smell of the ocean?
Try n put everything into prospective.
At the end, you will be fine......just don't want it to work against you're health.
I was actually shopping around and carnival was the line i was leaning towards. And I wasnt even thinking about sea sickeness at all! But now i am. I cant go on vacation until im at least 6 months, due to work. so the cruise is definitely not an option then. Thanks for the input.
Welcome. N sorry I'd i ruined plans.
Lol. No worries. Plan is just changing not ruined...babys well being is number one amd i would rather not spend $$ amd be sick. But I'm determined to have a nice romatic vacation before the baby arrives. And im comfident it'll workout. ;)
There are plenty of other things you can do. Enjoy yourself
I'd say go. If they let you on thn it's probably fine !
We went on a Disney cruise when I was 20 weeks. It was awesome but we had to move it up for the same reason, couldn't go after 24 weeks.
