mucous plug?

Im 29 weeks as of yesterday and im wondering if i could be losing my mucous plug? Because ive gone to the bath room twice and when i wipe there's a little bit of blood mixed in with discharge. Should i go to the hospital? And also my feet are hurting idk if it has anything to do.with it.

Thanks i figured it was too early. But ill call first thing in the morning. And it hard to tell if my pain is pregnancy related or from and accident i had about 2 weeks ago. There similar.

Call your Dr and tell them, its still early to be losing your plug but anything is possible I guess, and they do grow back if you lose it early. But you should call your dr and let them know what's been going on and how you've been feeling. They might want to evaluate you. Good luck !
